If you have a car that passes JoyRide’s vehicle model standards, use these links to apply if you are living in Manila and Cebu.
In addition, JoyRide is authorized by the LTFRB to process TNVS CPC (Certificate of Public Convenience) for vehicles that will be operating under them. Drivers cannot use their vehicles for ride-hailing services unless they have the CPC showing that they are registered with the LTFRB.
